Depending on their mood and schedule, this home cook uses a range of cooking techniques. They do some meal planning but are not as meticulous as Meal Architects. They like experimenting with new recipes and ingredients and are willing to spend time cooking and preparing if the mood takes them. Otherwise, it's cheese on toast, as I'm not in the mood for food.

What's for Dinner?

"I need X now!" I don’t have some of the required ingredients. You either race to the shops to get the missing ingredient regardless of what's in the pantry. This can cause time and money to be wasted. Or its all too much and you don't bother to cook.

Challenge
