Cauliflower curry soup

Ingredients

160 g cauliflower, roughly chopped

1-2 tsp curry powder

2 tsp olive oil

40 g raw cashews

500 g water

Instructions

Place all in gradients into saucepan and bring to boil.

Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 15 mins.

Blend with stick blender to smooth creamy soup.
