Wellness Month in Adelaide

October is wellness month in the City of Adelaide. During the month the City of Adelaide will be offering open access to a wide range of activities related to all things well-being.

Wellness month activities are being aligned to the five ways to well-being: be active, keep learning, take notice, connect and give.

As part of Keep Learning week, I will be offering my Connect to Your Inner Cook workshop on the evening of Thursday 14th October, 7 – 8.30 pm at the Box Factory, Adelaide. This event is sponsored by the City of Adelaide. Entry is free but limited so bookings are essential. Book here

In the workshop you will explore your flavour profile plus quick and easy ways to cook what you really like, preventing waste. If you would like to…

save money on your food bills?

some inspiration on how to prevent food waste in your household?

enjoy some practical tips on easy-to-make dinners?

Then this interactive 1 1/2 hour workshop is for you.

Join Caroline Rowe, host of Channel 44’s Cookingjust4Me my taste, no waste TV series for a deep dive into your food flavour profile.

In the workshop you will explore your flavour profile and learn quick and easy ways to cook what you really like, preventing waste. You also learn the importance of knowing 7 ways to transform food and how this can inspire you to cook and not waste food.

Like the TV show, the workshop will be full of easy practical tips to save time, to save money and prevent household food waste.

Workbook and food flavour profile are included in the workshop.
