I’ll be sharing some of her favourite small household celebration recipes plus lots of handy tips and hacks on how you, as the cook can enjoy the festival meal and not be stuck in the kitchen over a hot stove.
With nearly 60 % of Australian households made up of one or two people, Caroline knows there are a lot of others who will be just a few on Christmas day and she will share some of her recipes and planning tips with them on Sunday 15thDecember.
I cook for just Mum and me on Christmas Day, as our extended family is interstate. Creating a joyous, special and not wasteful celebration menu has been challenging.
